All products include a one-year warranty for all parts and labor. If you encounter any problems with material, workmanship, or breakage under normal use, then you may ship it back to us and we will refund 100% or send a new replacement free of charge.
* Please note: We are a custom club manufacturer and do not have an exchange option. Likewise, once a custom order is in production, it cannot be canceled.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to be assured you are completely satisfied. If for any reason the product isn't fitting or playing right for you, you have 30 days to return the product for a 70% refund of your product purchase price. All returned clubs, new or used are subject to the 70% refund policy. (We can not accept returns for a refund on items: that were purchased from the clearance section (which includes new with blemish and pre-owned), items with customer induced pop-up marks, paint chipping and wear modifications, or items damaged beyond normal wear.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and must ensure the clubs are properly packed so they are received not damaged. (30-day refund policy does not apply to clearance items such as pre-owned, blemished, or head covers or components). Club heads that have painted areas always need headcovers on when not in use.
Please note golf clubs that are used on practice mats with a concrete base can cause club damage.
This return policy was designed with care to provide flexibility for the customer while doing what is necessary to keep product prices low.
