Seniors AT-510 Irons
The next generation in game improvement irons...  A hollow head and exclusive patented
AIM & ALIGNMENT TECHNOLOGY are just some of the exciting technological features which
make the AT-510 the ultimate Iron on the market for lowering scores and playing more enjoyable golf.
The Thomas Golf Product Development Team challenged itself to create the highest level of Game Improvement Irons, utilizing cutting edge design technology.  Each iron to also have the patented aim and alignment indicator Thomas Golf is famous for.  From this development challenge, the AT-510 Iron was created.  The AT-510 is the most Hi-Tech iron Thomas Golf has ever produced, and it delivers unbelievable Game Improvement performance for mid to high handicappers.
Thomas Golf Irons give you an exceptional advantage over other brands.  The Hollow Head Technology produces unsurpassed forgiveness, easy launch, and maximum playability, while the exclusive patented aiming indicator makes it easier to place your shot right on target.

The Hollow Head design completely removes the weight from the center of the club head and dramatically expands the area of forgiveness via enhanced perimeter weighting, and increases the clubhead's MOI (Moment of Inertia) and resistance to twisting during an off-center hit.

The AT-510 irons have weight strategically and uniquely distributed in each clubhead of the set.  The long irons have weight concentrated low, rearward, and in the heel to facilitate squaring the clubhead and getting the ball airborne.  This weight positioning in the long irons creates a high ball flight for long, soft landing shots.  As the club numbers increase throughout the set, the AT-510 design incrementally shifts higher and towards the toe to precisely calibrate trajectory and spin rate to prevent shots from ballooning while maintaining the ability to hold greens.

...              ..

Almost all golfers have difficulty setting up their club correctly to get the ball where they want it to go.  And most don't realize bad swings are often initiated by improper Iron alignment.  With the AT510 Irons, all you have to do is point the indicator at the target, and you're set up for a great shot!

Scott Sackett, Southwest Section PGA and TopFlite Teacher of the year:

"I'm sure you've heard the phrase, 'Most golf shots are missed before the club ever moves'. You can have the best swing in the world but, if your alignment has you aiming off target, you have little chance for success!

 1. If you line up right of the target, the only way to get the ball to the target is to swing over the top or from an in/out path rolling the hands over to shut the face down through impact.

2. If you line up left of the target, then you will either swing out/in holding the clubface open or drop the golf club inside on the initial downswing to get a sensation of swinging a more in-to-out path.

Neither of these are efficient ways to play golf!"

The center of gravity in the AT-510 irons is the lowest and deepest of any Thomas Golf iron.  This feature launches the ball higher and makes it easier to square the clubface. This is made possible, in part, by a thinner, stronger clubface which achieves a weight savings that is then repositioned further back in the clubhead.

The AT-510 sole has been engineered to provide smooth flow through the contact zone, delivering crisp and authoritative shots.  Its extra width makes it easy to get the ball airborne and increases the effective bounce to help prevent digging and fat shots. The beveled trailing edge of the sole reduces turf drag and the risk of thin shots.

The thinner, stronger face is laser welded to maximize a large responsive sweet spot.

The AT-510 irons facilitate solid contact while reducing the penalty for off-center hits. The weight-back hollow head design and hosel offset of these irons redistributes weight deeper in the clubhead.  The flatness purity of the clubface, and strategic “U-form” score lines help ensure consistent and predictable ball flight, distance, and spin rates. These features result in powerful shots that end up closer to their intended target.

Frequency and Flex Matched Senior shafts made of premium super high modulus graphite fibers
provide a light weight of 75 grams while maintaining a low torque of only 3.3° to reduce
head twisting and lagging at impact, resulting in increased shot accuracy.

THOMAS shafts are seamless and have been specifically designed to match and optimize
the performance of THOMAS heads for alignment accuracy and ball flight.

Specialized Low Kick-Point assists in achieving higher shot trajectory.
Each shaft undergoes extensive testing including Bend Stressing and Frequency Calibration
ensuring integrity and consistency from shaft to shaft.

Thomas Golf is the only company with Iron alignment technology, and the only Pro-Line equipment manufacturer to sell directly to the public.

"I'm a scratch golfer, so I didn't expect much improvement from using the Aim & Alignment Technology of Thomas Golf. I was wrong. I find myself getting closer and closer to the pin, and just last week I got a hole-in-one." -Wade G.
"Alignment is priority #1.  Poor alignment can cause you to either top the ball or hit the ground well behind the ball, because if your alignment is poor, determining where the club will reach the bottom of the swing arc is much more difficult." -Doug White, PGA professional
